The Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky is a boutique Japanese whisky produced by the Matsui distillery. Located in Tottori, a coastal prefecture on southern Honshu, the whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery are characterised by aging with the pure underground waters of Daisen Mountains. The rich aroma and mellow sweetness displayed by the Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky is generated by aging in barrels for more than 3 years. A balance of raisin, vanilla and malt are complimented by a gentle mouth heat.

日本松井酒造創立於1910年於日本鳥取縣，至今已有107年的歷史，起初是由製作芋燒酒起家，由於鳥取縣的水質在日本是數一數二，於是松井酒造開始開發另一條酒類銷售線。在芋燒酒之後就開始著手研究威士忌，這一路的研發以及改良，創造出今天倉吉威士忌的好味道，倉吉威士忌皆採用嚴選蘇格蘭北部威士忌原酒以及日本國內蒸餾酒技術調製而成。同時選用鳥取縣豐富的自然資源，大山山脈的天然山泉水醞釀而成。倉吉被日本酒業界評為出色的威士忌，口感帶蜂蜜檸檬糖和麥芽香味。
