來自鳥取縣的倉吉ウイスキー，進口成熟的威士忌蒸餾原液，在日本的「Matsui Shuzo 松井酒造」把原液裝進精心挑選的雪利桶中，展現其豐富而深沈的芳香，其特點是梨或葡萄乾等果實的芳香。在長時間發酵的芳醇中加入源自鳥取縣大山山脈的甘甜泉水，調制出的瓶裝威士忌。嚴選來自蘇格蘭北部的原酒、加入日本國內蒸餾的原酒、再加入大山山系的地下水，成為了倉吉威士忌。
