山崎18年水楢桶2017限量版。水楢桶是一種稀有的日本橡木桶，由於日本嚴格限制砍伐樹齡80年以下的水楢木，所以供應十分有限，而且木質堅硬，開發和加工上都比較困難， 最早在1930年代被三得利用於威士忌陳年，會給威士忌帶來一些沈香，椰子，森林類等氣息。

首席調酒師Shinji Fukuyo來說這款威士忌包含18至50年桶齡的威士忌，微妙精致，多層次風味的平衡，無與倫比的深度和味道，尾韻持久，在嘴唇徘徊不散。
