Nikka was the life's work of Masataka Taketsuru, the "Father of Japanese Whisky." Of all Nikka whiskies, perhaps the most celebrated is their Yoichi, strictly selected from among the malts, distilled and matured for 20 years or more at the Yoichi distillery – the birthplace of Nikka whisky. This single malt whisky is characterized by the fragrance of aged casks, a mellow well-rounded palate, and a bold powerful taste.

從Nikka余市蒸餾廠挑選20年以上貯藏熟成的的限量品。在天然嚴酷氣侯條件下緩緩成熟，香氣複雜華麗、絲毫感覺不出酒精氣息，縈繞於喉、如蜜般圓潤厚實的高品味口感是最大的特色。屢獲國際獎項成國內外搶手貨，導致原酒不足而停產，保留品牌，並用「竹鶴 (Taketsuru)」原酒繼續生產。
