From the Hakushu distillery, in the foothills of Mount Kaikomagatake, comes this 10-year-old single malt whisk – an excellent expression that captures the smoky, herbaceous characteristics of their whiskies. Both lightly-peated and heavily-peated malts were used for this complex and extremely enjoyable whisky from Suntory.

富含均衡礦物質的名水源地，日本南阿爾卑斯的山間風味。入口的酒液風味非常集中，像在高山森林中暢遊般的清爽，如同一團火球由舌尖滾到喉間，尾韻帶著甘草般的微甜。Suntory於2013年3月底宣佈停產「白州10年」，因此該酒款雖是低年份，但在市場上卻難以取得。
