The Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky Sherry Cask is a boutique Japanese whisky produced by the Matsui distillery. Located in Tottori, a coastal prefecture on southern Honshu, the whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery are characterised by aging with the pure underground waters of Daisen Mountains. The sweet fruit and chocolate aroma displayed by this Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky is generated by allowing it to age in sherry casks for more than 3 years. A balance of sweetness and acidity spreads all over the mouth when enjoying this elegant Japanese whisky.Due to the boutique size of Matsui distillery there are limited stockists of Kurayoshi whisky outside of Japan.

由於鳥取縣的水質在日本是數一數二，於是松井酒廠開始著手研究威士忌，這一路的研發以及改良，創造出今天倉吉威士忌的好味道，倉吉威士忌皆採用嚴選蘇格蘭北部威士忌原酒以及日本國內蒸餾酒技術調製而成。同時選用鳥取縣豐富的自然資源，大山山脈的天然山泉水醞釀而成。日本松井酒廠創立於1910年，至今已有107年的歷史。
